AI Automation & GTM Expert
Ashmit Rana

Ashmit Rana is an AI automation and GTM expert. He builds GTM operating systems for high-ticket B2B and vertical companies.
Outreach I ran has landed calls with the ex-head of Twitch, billionaire VCs, seed founders and several YC CEOs.
Book a callThe GTM OS
A GTM operating system, so your team spends its time talking to customers instead of talking to spreadsheets.
Real high-ticket outreach is not a LinkedIn message and a cold email. It runs on a lot of moving infrastructure, from mapping the market to the CRM underneath it all. Every piece has to work with the others, or the whole thing leaks.
In most companies, manual hands are the bottleneck. Good people spend their day building lists, copying data between tools and chasing follow ups, instead of talking to buyers. Work that should compound gets done by hand, so it never scales.
A GTM OS connects every one of those pieces into one system, and puts AI automation wherever a person was doing a machine's job. The result is more of the right conversations, with the manual work between sourcing and a booked call taken out.
It is sniper outreach, not spray and pray. The system maps the ICP, watches for the moment an account actually has the problem, and reaches the right person at that exact time with a message about them. Fewer messages, and every one lands with someone who should be hearing it now.

The GTM stack
Market and TAM mapping
Before a single message goes out, I map the total addressable market: every account that fits the ICP, pulled from the directories and databases where those companies actually live.
Signal-based outreach
Nobody gets a message just for existing. Public, dated signals like hiring posts, raises, launches and new leaders decide who gets contacted, when, and what the message says.
Waterfall enrichment
Contact data runs through several providers in sequence, each one filling what the last one missed, so coverage stays high and bounces stay low.
AI-built prospecting
AI agents research each account, verify the decision maker and find the angle. Work that used to eat an SDR's whole day happens before anyone opens a laptop.
Scalable outreach infrastructure
LinkedIn and email set up properly, with deliverability and sequencing built to hold at volume without burning the brand.
A real operating system
All of it wired into one flow and one CRM, from sourcing to a booked call. It runs every day, not only when someone remembers to.
How I think
My goal is simple: use AI to remove the growth bottlenecks of real, scaling businesses. GTM is where I start, not where I stop.
Every business is a system, and revenue is its output. When growth stalls, it is rarely an effort problem. It is one bottleneck sitting somewhere in the flow, capping everything after it.
So I start with the whole system, not a tool. I map how the work actually moves, then look straight at where it piles up and where people are doing by hand what a machine should do.
Then I remove that bottleneck with AI automation, measure what changed, and move to the next one.
Recent work
91%
less operation time
5x
revenue
My most recent project was for a 3D asset supply company. I did not start by adding tools or more people. I looked at the business as one system and found the constraint holding everything else back: supply.
I removed that one bottleneck. Operation time dropped by 91%, and revenue grew 5x. Fix the constraint, and the rest of the system is free to grow.
Background
I come from design. I first did 3D for cosmetic brands, then became lead designer and creative director at Aura Labs, working directly with Josias Garcia, the co-founder and CEO.
After that I founded Vonirk, a product design agency for startups, and ran it as CEO. I built a custom GTM pipeline to sell design and ran the outreach myself. That is where those calls came from.
Then AI commoditized design. I found far more interest in AI GTM systems, so I pivoted hard and went deep. Read the full story or see the projects.
