I come from design. I first did 3D for cosmetic brands, then became lead designer and creative director at Aura Labs. I built their commercials and worked directly with Josias Garcia, the co-founder and CEO.

Next I founded Vonirk, a product design agency working with startups, and ran it as CEO.

To sell design, I built a custom GTM pipeline for the agency and led the outreach motion myself. It ran systematically, and it landed calls with the ex-head of Twitch, billionaire VCs, seed founders and several YC CEOs.

AI commoditized design. At the same time, I found far more interest in AI GTM systems than in design itself. So I pivoted hard and went deep into them.

I build GTM operating systems. High-ticket outreach runs on a lot of moving infrastructure, and every piece has to work with the others. I look at it as one system, find where manual hands are the bottleneck, and remove that with AI automation. The result is more of the right conversations, with far less manual work. Automations for other growth bottlenecks, like hiring and fulfillment, come after.

My most recent project was for a 3D asset supply company. Removing its core supply bottleneck reduced operation time by 91% and grew revenue 5x.

I look to partner with the best companies. The founders I work with are focused and have a great work ethic, and their companies sell high-ticket into a clear ICP. I help them with their GTM and AI automation.
